Dax Martin Weaver

MPH

Dax has been the president of Health-Tech Consultants for the past six years. Dax has lead evaluation studies in the areas of tobacco, chronic diseases, diabetes, nutrition, and for community cardiovascular programs.
Sharon T. Wilburn
Ph.D., CHES, CRC-MAC, LHMC, NCC, CAPP, ICADC
Sharon is the founder of HTC and has over 25 years of experience as an educator, trainer, evaluator, and consultant, as well as over 20 years as a therapist and clinical supervisor. Sharon is an Associate Professor in the Department of Public Health at the University of North Florida. She teaches both undergraduate and graduate level courses in health education, public health and program evaluation.
William D. Staats
Ph.D.
Bill is a former school Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent for Program and Pupil Evaluation, and Director of the Southwestern Ohio Educational Research Council. Bill has more than 30 years experience conducting evaluation-research studies of PK-12 educational programs.

Nancy Messer

BA, M.Ed.
Nancy has over 25 years of experience in research, evaluation, test development, test administration and database management. She has worked in the educational system at both the K-12 and university levels. Ms. Messer holds a BA in psychology and a M.Ed. in educational psychology and research.

 

Kenneth T. Wilburn

Ph.D.

Kenneth is a nationally certified specialist in program evaluation and teaches graduate level courses in program evaluation at the University of North Florida. Ken specializes in educational program evaluation and survey research. He has conducted evaluation-research studies for the National Institutes of Health, the U.S. Department of Education, and the National Center for Substance Abuse and Prevention, and the Florida Department of Education.
Suzanne P. Murphy
Ph.D., RN
Suzanne is also the founder of SP Murphy and Associates and has more than 25 years experience in nursing, research and education. Suzanne serves as an ethics, research and statistical consultant with a variety of public, private and community organizations.
James F. Stockton
James is an information systems specialist with more than 25 years experiences in computer programming, systems analysis, tech support and as a department head manager.

JoAnn Nolin

JD, RN

JoAnn is a nurse attorney with clinical and administrative nursing experience. She is a Certified Health Care Risk Manage and the Director of the Health Administration Programs at the University of North Florida College of Health where she teaches in the areas of health law, quality management, aging and health facility regulation.
